KG Tower, Dubai

This high-rise G+20 floors with 65 m height for Dubai property scores full on location. The KG Towers is ideally located at the entrance of Dubai Marina. The tower contains 66 luxury apartments. G+5 podiums+ 35 Floors + Roof at Burj Dubai District. Two separate towers amalgamated over the residential podium due

to the district regulation. Recesses after the 30th floor applied to achieve the maximum dedicated BUA. The building has

difficulties in massing due to the particular regulation implemented at Burj Dubai District. Complete open views to

all unite are fronted towards the main roads and the podium where the swimming pool and recreational spaces are located. Meeting Rooms, Gym., and few offices located beneath the podium roof with its dedicated entrance.

The massive Blocks dominates the entire space around and allowing a wide open view for all dedicated apartments

towards the Main Street and the prestigious international dancing fountain land mark. With carefully engineered

facades and vibration-canceling technology, the building shows a sculptured concert blocks engraved and engineered

to allow the most wide open view to the superior exterior. However, privacy for all units were maintained with the
